TheIsma'ili ( / ˌɪsmeɪˈɪli /) [10] get their name from their acceptance of Imam Isma'il ibn Jafar as the appointed spiritual successor ( imām) to Ja'far al-Sadiq, wherein they differ from the Twelver Shia, who accept Musa al-Kadhim, the younger brother of Isma'il, as the true Imām.
ImamMahdi (ajtf) says: "Each of my forefathers in his time was compelled by the oath of allegiance to the tyrant ruler and when I reappear, I would not be having the allegiance of any tyrant on my neck. Shiia look for the Signs of theTheidea of an absolute Mahdi as an infallible guide is therefore rejected by Sunni theologians. (3) The Sunnites, in fact, expect the Mahdi to be the ultimate Caliph of the Prophet (4) and to spread justice throughout the Earth. They do not believe in the future restorer as one of the fundamental principles of faith, as the Shi'ites believe.
Giventhat no one knew Islam better than the clergy, Khomeini argued, it was natural that they should rule as guardians of the state until the return of the 12th divinely ordained Shia imam (Imam al-Mahdi or the Hidden Imam), who Shias believe was withdrawn into occultation by God in AD 874.
The"day of rising"could also refer to the day of rising of al-Mahdi (as). But in more general term, it means the day of judgment. The stupid claim that Shi'a killed Imam Husayn follows that the Prophet states those who will kill Imam Husayn will go to Paradise! Perhaps, you believe that's why Yazid did so. .
