Al-Hasib Meaning: The Reckoner, The Sufficient, The one who Suffices. Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ is Al-Haseeb (in Arabic: ٱلْحَسِيبُ). He is The One who takes account of all actions and reckons them on the day of judgment. There is nothing that goes unnoticed, however small.

It is forbidden to use any name which belongs only to Allah , such as al-Khaliq (the Creator) and al-Quddus (the Most Holy), or names which do not befit any except Allah, such as Malik al-Muluk (King of Kings). This is the consensus of the fuqaha. Ibn al-Qayyim said that names which belong only to Allah include : al-Ahad (the One), al-Samad Surah Al-Ala is the 87th surah (chapter) of The Glorious Quran.
